Ultrasonic cleaning at Zestron

Your Global Center of Competence for Precision Cleaning Products and Services. Ever since its incorporation in 1975, it has been Zestron’s objective to provide cleaning solvent the most innovative products in a very customer oriented and personal approach. Based on Zestron’s gained experience and know-how with over 600 installed cleaning processes worldwide, we offer extensive ultrasonic cleaning services, our technical support and the highest process competence to users like you. We have a big offer in different themes, like f.ex. aqueous cleaning equipment and aqueous cleaning system.

Short term testing demonstrated no incompatibility issue of the MPCÒ cleaning agent with either stainless steel or plastic stencils after about five dr.ok.wack cycles.  The mesh on stainless steel stencil range from 18 to 20 N/cm, where the plastic stencil mesh measured 17 to 21 N/cm after cleaning.  No difference compared to before cleaning.  There was no measurable difference between the surface tension before and after pcb cleaning. Long term compatibility data for mesh on stainless stencil are listed in table 3 below.  Data are taken with a tension gauge at four different locations aqueous cleaning on the mesh.  There is no significant degradation upon the completion of this test. Like the ultrasonic cleaning equipment and the flux residue.

Three groups of coupons were used, each group were exposed to the adhesive misprint with the corresponding adhesive candidate.  Adhesive cleaning on the coupons ultrasonic cleaning systems was carried out using the VIGONÒ SC 202.
